Brand new hand-made replacement pickguard for late c1958-1961 Gibson ES-355, ES-345 or equivalent semi-hollow body electric guitars. Fox Guitars’ TruVintage pickguard design very precisely matches an original Gibson factory pickguard.  It’s made from 100% real celluloid tortoise shell with a rigid semi-translucent acrylic backing which allows more light to show through the celluloid. It has a 5-ply aged ivoroid/black/ivoroid/black/ivoroid binding around the edges except for pickup cut-outs. The pickguard also has a pre-attached black backing strip which makes it very strong and rigid to prevent any kind of warping or twisting. Hand-buffed glossy finish. All pictures shown are representative of the pickguard you will receive. No hardware included.

Pickguard dimensions:  8 1/8” x 4 1/8” overall. Distance between PU rings on guitar 2 ¼” +/- 1/32”. Neck pickup cut-out width is 1 13/16" deep. Please measure your guitar to be sure. Note: Holes for mounting are not drilled in pickguard since exact location will vary from guitar to guitar and model to model.
