Brand new, high-quality, hand-made replacement pickguard for 17" wide Gibson L-5C cut-away acoustic arch top guitars. TruVintage replacement pickguards very accurately reproduce the look of a factory original Gibson pickguard. They are made from 100% real celluloid tortoise shell with a rigid semi-translucent acrylic backing, which allows more light to show through the celluloid, and for added strength and stability. It has a special 5-ply aged binding around the edges. Hand-buffed glossy finish. Dimensions: 7 1/2" along the straight side.

Note: Holes for mounting are not drilled in pickguard because the exact hole location may vary from guitar to guitar and model to model. All pictures shown are representative of the pickguard you will receive. There will only be variations in the tortoise shell pattern from one pickguard to another.
