New handmade replacement pickguard for the Gibson Wes Montgomery L-5 arch-top guitar. Fox Guitars’ TruVintage replacement pickguards very accurately reproduce the look of an aged original Gibson factory pickguard. They are made from 100% real celluloid tortoise shell with a rigid semi-translucent acrylic backing, which allows more light to show through the celluloid, and for added strength and stability. It has a 5-ply white/black/white/black/white binding around the edges except for pickup cut-out. Hand-buffed glossy finish.
