Gibson Howard Roberts 1970s-era guitar pickguard tortoise shell 5-ply binding
Brand new hand-made replacement pickguard for 1970s-era Gibson Howard Roberts electric archtop guitar. Pickguard is made from a dark tortoise shell acrylic material and has a 5-ply white/black/white/black/white binding around the edges except for pickup cut-out. It is a replica of the c1973-1981 Gibson version of the Howard Roberts (not the earlier Epiphone version). Pickguard dimensions: 8” x 4” overall. Pickup cut-out is 1 1/2” wide X 1/4” deep for the single floating pickup. Note: Holes for mounting pickguard are not drilled so it can be attached more accurately. Exact location may vary slightly from guitar to guitar.
